Hauser Hall Kitchen Ceiling Replacement

Scope: General requirements and project supervision, temporary facilities, and insurance. Full time superintendent on site during construction. Final cleaning and waste removal. Demo existing GWB ceiling and associated framing, hvac grilles and electrical lights. New ceiling to be acoustical ceiling with vinyl lay- in ceiling tile. (Aluminum cap ceiling grid to minimize rust). Touch up paint as required. HVAC – Provide and install 7 new registers, new collars, flex and patching duct as required, provide new 1 ½” gas line for future use. Gas regulator and gas meter tie in will be in the next phase. Electrical – demo of existing lights, supply and install 25 new 2x4 flat panel LED lay in lights, install 3 new exist/emergency lights, install 1 new emergency light, and install boxes for 2 cameras.
