Description

Harford Community College seeks services to expand and modify the parking lot at the College’s Observatory building located across the road from the main campus per scope of work and specifications below. The work includes expansion of existing lot, relocating the entrance to the lot and paving the expanded portion. Part of the expansion has a 10 (ten) inch stone base that was recently installed. Four (4) inches of the stoned can be removed to allow for paving and then reused. Once the expansion is completed the existing lot shall be resealed and the entire lot, existing and new, shall be restriped.
