Description: The San Antonio Botanical Garden is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for updates/ replacement to existing environmental monitoring and operations system in the Lucile Halsell Conservatory. The project includes installing a replacement monitoring and operating system for the five glass structures that make up the Conservatory complex. This system monitors temperature, humidity and operates the operable vents and HVAC units for each building. In order to be considered, bidders must be registered with The City of San Antonio SAePS.
