The Village and Palatine Park District partnered to design and construct the existing Combined Service Facility and have continued to share the building since that time. It is the base of operations for the Village's Department of Public Works and the Park District's Parks Department. The approximately 84,000 SF facility includes administrative offices, shops, vehicle storage & maintenance, central storage & cold storage.
