2022 Sanitary and Water Main Replacement - North Avenue

Sanitary Replacement shall include 95 lineal feet of open-cut 10" PVC sanitary sewer, 1205 lineal feet of slip-lined 10" PVC sanitary sewer, miscellaneous excavation, fittings, and connections. Landscaping to include 1,015 square yards of turf restoration. Water Main Replacement shall include 5 lineal feet of open-cut 8" PVC water main, 119 lineal feet of open-cut 12" PVC water main, 611 lineal feet of slip-lined 12" PVC water main, 5 lineal feet of open-cut 16" PVC water main, as well as associated fittings, connections, miscellaneous excavation, and removals. Restoration includes 40 lineal feet of 30" curb and gutter, 15 square yards of asphalt pavement, and 690 square yards of landscaping/turf restoration. Site Directions: Sanitary Sewer Replacement: Located on the North side of North Avenue (CTH "OO") between the intersections of Lamers Drive and Bohm Drive. Water Main Replacement: Located on the North side of North Avenue (CTH "OO") between the intersections of Bohm Drive and Rose Hill Drive. Water Main replacement continues north approximately 150 linear feet to Joyce Street on the west side of Rose Hill Road.
