Herndon Widening Polk to Milburn A detailed scope has not yet been determined This project is included in the City of Fresno's FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Per the owner, as of September 6, 2022, a design team has been selected. The owner states that construction will not start until the winter of 2023.
