Current Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: New construction of a 396-unit multi-family development spread across 11 multi-residential buildings that will be a maximum of 3 stories each. The development also includes a total of seven garage buildings, one building for leasing and amenities, an outdoor pool, and detention pond. The total building area of the development is expected to be 411,006 square-feet. There will be 264 single bedroom units at 696 square-feet each and 132 two bedroom apartments at 1,013 square-feet each. The number of units and sizes of each unit per building has not been disclosed. There will be 363 surface parking spaces, 100 carport spaces, 99 garage spaces, 23 open and 2 accessible garage spaces, 8 electric vehicle parking spaces, 51 offsite parking spaces, 60 guest parking spaces, and 112 bicycle parking spaces. As of August 18, 2022 construction has not begun, expected to within the next 30 days. Construction is expected to be completed Fourth Quarter 2024
