Description | This is an On-Call Pavement Repair, Storm Drain Services, and Motor Grader Services Project. This project will provide general paving services including repairs to streets; after water and utility services have been performed. The on-call storm drain services should provide visuals (i.e., pictures and videos) through camera systems. Services should also include jetting and removing of debris from the Town's stormwater systems. The motor grader services should provide grading of gravel roads as well as removing snow and ice during a winter weather event. The specific Scope of Work for a particular location may vary given the actual conditions observed. The contractor and Town designee shall work together as described herein to formulate a work plan. This project can include various sections of roadway. This will be a one-year contract with an option to renew for an additional year. Final Addendum Issued - December 22, 2022 The Contractor shall furnish bond covering the faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder, in such forms as the Town may prescribe and with sureties as it may approve in an amount equal to the full contract price. The premium shall be paid by the Contractor. All bids must be made on the form furnished by the Town. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town's Purchasing Officer with the project name typed or clearly printed on the lower left corner. Bids must remain valid and shall not be subject to withdrawal for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date. The Town reserves the right to reject, for any reason, any and all proposals. |
