Materials are presumed asbestos containing materials. - The Contractor will be responsible to repair any collateral damage during the demolition and construction phases of the project. - The Contractor will remove existing roofing down to wood deck and dispose. - The Contractor will install one layer of 1.5" polyisocyanurate roof insulation. - The contractor will install Sarnafil S327 72mil RhinoBond system (color - white.) - The contractor will Fabricate and install new sarnaciad metal drip edge with new aluminum fascia. - The contractor will provide a twenty-year Sarnafil warranty.
