Islands Improvements Wilkinson Trace

improvements to nine (9) landscaping islands located on Wilkinson Trace, starting at the intersection of Scottsville Road and Wilkinson Trace and ending just past the Sloan Convention Center. Work shall include removal of all existing grass and planting of a golf course grade turf type fescue. Contractors shall also remove all existing irrigation and install new irrigation in each island. The winning contractor shall also agree to maintain the islands with weekly mowing and trimming, all irrigation maintenance, and quarterly fertilizing. The maintenance price shall be for a one-year period but shall be renewable up to three times for a total period of four years. The estimated total square footage of all nine (9) islands is 23,760 square feet. There are existing hedge maple trees that shall remain.
