Water Well No. 1 Rehabilitation

Work of the contract consists in providing mobilization of sufficient workforce, equipment and supervision to complete the construction of Water Well No. 1 Rehabilitation for Remington Municipal Utility District No. 1. Contractor shall review the entirety of the contract documents for the full details of the work involved. The rehabilitation work generally includes but is not limited to: providing bonds and insurance; pulling and hauling the existing pump bowl assembly, column assembly, discharge header, and pump motor to contractor’s shop for inspection; performing video survey & providing written report on the condition of the well, column assembly, pump bowl assembly, discharge header and pump motor; performing any necessary mechanical and/or chemical rehabilitation of the well; re-installation of pump bowl assembly, column assembly, pump motor and discharge header; well disinfection, bacteriological sampling and well production test; together with all related subsidiary and incidental components for a complete and operational system.
