Description

Extension of the existing storm systems along Green Street and 3rd Street. This includes the following approximate quantities: 200 feet of storm sewer pipe and 3 structures located south of the commercial properties on 3rd Street, running to the east, and tying into the existing 36-inch pipe along the west side of Green Street, 133 feet of storm sewer pipe, 4 structures, approximately 31,100 cubic feet of underground stormwater storage tanks, and 1,868 cubic yards of clean rock starting at roughly the NE corner of the property at 110 SE 4th Street running to the north and connecting to the existing system along 3rd Street, and possible sanitary sewer and/or water service line relocation. Final restoration to include approximately 15,195 square feet of permeable pavers, curb and gutter, concrete paving, and sod.
