General Contractor Services - 175 Piedmont North Parking Deck Repairs

Project will include performing miscellaneous concrete repairs in the floor, ceiling, beams, columns, walls, and curbs. Epoxy injection cracks to reestablish the structural integrity of various components. Install concrete shear collars at the interior columns on each column at each elevated floor. Perform post-tension tendon repairs throughout the garage. This includes cleaning, coating, and grouting exposed end anchors and restoring broken/damaged tendons. Route and seal random cracks in the concrete slab and walls. Install a vehicular traffic topping at construction joints on the lower levels of the garage. Repair or eliminate wheel stops and speed bumps. Construction of this phase could overlap with on-going work of other floors in the building. Coordination with the designer, construction manager and other trades and consultants already on-site and in the building shell will be required in such case.
