Description

The Scope of Work at these facilities includes concrete repairs such as spalling, cracks, painting steel girders & pedestrian bridge metal floor deck, expansion joint repairs, sealant replacement, waterproofing membrane installation (full system & overlay), cable barriers, flushing of drains, handrail repairs, stair pan repairs, pavement markings, Post-Tension grout pocket repairs, penetrating sealer application, and other miscellaneous work items. Targeted Small Business (TSB): The certified Iowa TSB participation goal for this project is 10 percent (10%) of the Base Bid. This establishes the amount that should be reported on the Final Payment Reporting Form as part of the TSB Program.
