Demolition of existing slab culvert under Locust Street and replacement with TDOT Standard 6` x 3` cast-in-place box culvert, including: traffic control, erosion prevention and sediment control measures, connection of remaining slab culvert to new box culvert, connection of existing storm sewer and construction of K-grate inlets in new box, property restoration and other miscellaneous items necessary for a complete project
