Description

The State of Hawaii, Department of Health, Adult Mental Health Division, is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance service of air conditioning equipment at the Hawaii State Hospital (HSH). The HSH is located above the Windward Community College (WCC) at 45-710 Keaahala Road, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744. The required service would include maintenance work on the chillers and pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, air dampers and carrier centrifugal for all hospital buildings. See scope in IFB for full detail of required services and schedules. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools and materials to perform all services specified herein. Please note the pre-offer site meeting on May 24, 2022 is mandatory. A signed wage certificate form and certificate of insurance must be submitted with the offer form. Failure to follow all instructions and requirements and complete all sections of the offer sheet will result in disqualification of the bid. The offer sheet total amount must be populated into the HIePRO line item.
