| Description | Qualified General Contractors (GCs) are invited to bid on the removal and replacement of spray-foam insulation and the addition of metal siding at an existing Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) at CDOT’s Rabbit Ears Pass maintenance facility. The existing facility is a single story 6,600 square foot masonry building with existing spray foam insulation applied to the exterior of the building. This project includes removing that insulation, applying new closed-cell spray foam insulation, and installing new metal siding with wood framing backup and a concrete curb. |
