Taft Elementary School Parking Lots

No bid will be received unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% but not more than 10% of the bid payable to the Neenah School District as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance within fifteen days after the award of the Contract. Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance within fifteen days after the award of the Contract. If the successful Bidder so files the Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance, the Owner shall return the check or bond upon execution of the Contract. If the Bidder fails to file the Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance, the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Neenah School District as liquidated damages. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
