Scope of Services The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, tools, appliances and facilities as required, to perform, in a workmanlike manner, all work and services to replace an existing 3-span, 2-lane bridge (concrete deck and timber piles) with a 3-span, 2-lane precast or cast-in-place (contractor's option), reinforced concrete bridge.
