Replacement of 14-Inch Check Valves for Raw Water Pumps

This RFQ is to furnish and install two (2) 14-Inch Check Valves for Raw Water Pumps Number 1 and Number 2 at the Addison-Evans Water Production & Laboratory Facility, Chesterfield County Utilities Department. The complete Request for Quote can ONLY be viewed by logging into PInG with a registered vendor account. Setup of a vendor account is free and is required to view the complete solicitations and submit a quote. Only quotes submitted through PING by a registered vendor will be considered. Quotes submitted by any other method such as paper responses, faxes and email submissions will not be considered. Perform the following work on one raw water pump at a time; the water treatment plant must always have at least one of these two raw water pumps operational. 1. Remove 14-inch lever and weight check valve from the manifold. 2. Install new 14-inch lever and weight with air cusion, equal to number 3. 3. Modify the manifold to accomodate new check valve. 4. Modify or a new support for the new valves to be supplied. 5. Epoxy coat check valve (color Sherwin Williams, SW 6926 Lucky Green or equivalent).
