2022 Hydrant Replacement

r firehydrant replacements inthe Town of Concrete,within Skagit County, WA.Proposed improvements include: project temporary traffic control, removal of structures and obstructions, roadway excavation including haul, hydrant assembly, aggregate installation and compaction,seeded laws, and otherwork, all in accordancewith the Contract Plans,Contract Provisions, andthe Standard Specifications. This project is being funded with local Town funds. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bidproposal deposit in cash,certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Shouldthe successful bidder failto enter into such contractand furnish satisfactoryperformance bond andpayment bond both in anamount of 100 percent(100%) of the contractprice within the time stated in the specifications,the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to theTown of Concrete All bidders and subcontractorsshall have a contractor'slicense to work in the Stateof Washington If shipping is requested, an additional$15.00 is required to cover shipping costs.Informational copies of maps, plans andspecifications are also onfile for inspection at theTown of Concrete TownHall and the office of CRHEngineering at 817 Metcalf Street, Ste. 207, Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284.
