Shamrock CUB Deck Replacement

Scope: The project includes to replace the wood deck at our Shamrock Community Use Building, located at 2610 Shamrock Road, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236. An estimated square footage for the area is 5,670 sq.ft. The contractor must confirm square footage during the mandatory site visit. The Contractor shall replace existing decking boards with 5/4 Trex material, and any warped/rotten floor joist, and/or add joist as needed to level up floor. The Contractor shall replace all spindles with black cast iron material with Trex material cap. The railing spindles need to be black cast iron with a wavy design. The spindles will need to be singular pieces which screw into the railing. This will allow CCWA to replace a single spindle and not an entire section, if damaged. The wood post will remain wood, however, the handrails will be changed out to match the material used for decking boards.
