Description

A) Replace the existing concrete sidewalks, concrete stairs and concrete patios throughout the development. Refer to attachments for exact demolition and new work. B) Contract shall include but not limited to: demolition of existing, minor grading, new work and restoration. C) Contract shall include protecting all existing landscaping both personal and WCHA. This includes all trees, plants, flowers, and garden novelties. D) Contractor is responsible to contact JULIE prior to doing any digging or restoration. E) Contractor shall only have one side of a building at any one time so the residents can still get into their units. F) Contractor shall provide all barriers to keep everyone safe and away from fresh concrete.
