Description

The Pflugerville Independent School District (“PfISD” or “District”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for general construction services of a General Contractor for the construction of District- Wide Fine Arts Renovations, pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. Only one set of Qualifications is needed. Each project has a separate scope and related Pricing Proposal. The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document.
