Description Work includes, Paint the entire unit in every room, offices, closets, showers, restrooms, all doorframes, & all public areas. Replace all ceiling tiles throughout. Medium quality new vinyl plank no maintenance flooring throughout. Cabling the whole unit for IT/phone x 15 beds and the nurses station & other work positions. Replace 2 sets of new double front doors. New Millwork in all 15 patient rooms, MD charting alcove, and all areas of the Nurses station front & back, staff lounge, staff locker room, or price just new solid surface counter tops (price each area and for each option at each area – replace all of the millwork or just replace the countertops). Look to remove guest sleeping area/millwork in each patient room. Remove corridor wall in waiting room to open up and redecorate the whole area. Add restroom and sink into the Wound Care room next door to the Waiting room and redecorate to be a patient room if it is needed in a pinch . Replace the entire Nurse Call System with new in all patient rooms and restrooms. Remodel all restrooms on the unit including the public shower room (flooring, paint, etc.). Remodel the Infusion area and its restroom. New window treatments in all rooms (90% rolling MechoShades manual sunshades). Dry erase boards in each room. Open up entrance way off of main hospital corridor.
