| Description | Existing stone retaining wall along Park Avenue that borders Miller Park will be deconstructed and moved approximately five feet into the park. The rebuilt wall will have a concrete foundation and concrete stem wall faced with stone salvaged from the original wall. A foundation drain will be installed behind the rebuilt wall. The area in front of the rebuilt wall will be a grass covered mowing strip up to the existing sidewalk or a new sidewalk (to be installed by the City). Two electrical poles will be relocated or removed pending further input from the power company. The paved asphalt access road along the high side of the wall will be partially demolished and narrowed along its length. Grass will be established between the top of the rebuilt wall and the remaining paved asphalt access road. A vegetative buffer will be established along the top of the wall by the City in lieu of a guardrail | ||
