Description

The Service Provider shall assist the County with site selection for meter and rain gauge equipment relocations, installation, diagnostic, maintenance, repair, field confirmation, data analysis and reporting services for the County’s network of permanent meters and rain gauges at various locations throughout New Castle County. The Service Provider shall provide the same services for future temporary metering projects. The County currently has an inventory of thirty-two (32) ADS Trition+ wastewater flow monitors and ten (10) Rain Alert III rain gauges. The County shall have a minimum of twenty-five (25) and up to thirty-two (32) active wastewater flow monitors during the service and data reporting timeframe. The Service Provider shall be responsible for the installation, field confirmation and all maintenance and repairs of the equipment necessary to ensure continuous and accurate data collection and reporting for the life of the contract. The Service Provider is also responsible for the data analysis and reporting as specified herein.
