Citywide Landscaping and Planting Services

Total cost information to have planting bed installation, flower planting, mulching, spring landscaping and related site work as may be applicable performed in designated locations around the City. Components of the Bid shall include lump sum for individual locations and shall also include unit prices from which the City shall extend prices based on the size and quantity for future identified projects. All material, labor, equipment, gas and or diesel, specified or implied, necessary to perform this project per the attached scope of work are to be supplied by Contractor unless otherwise specified. This bid shall have two annual renewals of bid pricing available for City and vendors to mutually agree upon through 2023. Of the specified and unspecified locations, city may select only certain planting bed locations for seasonal beautification on a yearly basis.
