Description

Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 11,610 LF of 8”-16” PVC waterline, 14,784 LF of 15” and 8” PVC sanitary sewer, and 4,211 LF of 18”-48” RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 6 specifications to serve 212 lots on approximately 82 acres. The project is located North and West of the intersection of Bryan Road & F.M. 1385 in City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas.
