Annville Free Library Expansion and Renovation Project

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the Bid total. The project is divided into 2 phases, explained in the Bid Documents. PA Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to Phase 1. Annville Free Library reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. List of Alternates for Phase 1: (Note that alternates should be fully itemized. Note if Alternate is to be an Add or Deduct.) 1. HVAC equipment alternate: Provide 2 -roof top units, per Mech. Drawings and specs, in lieu of the proposed single rooftop unit, at the Addition, as shown on Sht. M2.1A 2. Provide cost for 3 additional skylights, as noted on Sht. A1.4, and A1.6. One skylight is to be included in the Base Bid. 3. Provide cost for 3 "Solatubes" in lieu of the 3 skylights (Alt. 2. Above). "Solatube" spec to be provided. 4. Provide cost for the aluminum Canopy at South facade of addition, including the lettering and lighting, shown on Sht.A2.1, and S3.1 5. Provide cost for the curved brick wall and lighting as shown on Sht. 3of8 of the Land Development /Site drawings, and Sht. A6.0. Typical detail to be provided. 6. Provide cost to provide composite/vinyl siding in lieu of "Thin Brick" brick veneer on the interior -facing gables of the Addition. Gables are shown on Sht A3.5, Sections L and M, and Detail 10/A3.8. . Product: "Everlast" Composite Horizontal Lap Siding, by Chelsea Building Products, color to be selected. 7. Provide cost to provide composite/vinyl siding in lieu of brick veneer on the East facade of the Addition, shown on Sht. A2.1.
