| Description | Replace roof, fascia, and gutters on the Cooper Cabin located in City Park. Remove existing roof and replace with 26ga metal roofing (Hidden Fastener Design). A sample of colors shall be submitted with bid, with selection by City returned to Contractor upon award. Install new composite fascia and 4 inch continuous aluminum gutters; fascia and gutter color shall be brown. Any damage discovered during demo of existing roof shall be brought to the city's attention before further action is taken. All construction debris is to be removed from site daily and the construction site is to be kept clean. |
