| Description | ANY PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED. The parties submitting proposals shall adhere to the following schedule: August 1st-September 13 - Period to review the Request for Proposal and prepare the specific proposal. The City will respond to all questions and comments within this time frame. September 14 - Proposal submittals before Noon September 19 - Proposals will be reviewed September 19 - Contract will be awarded October 1st November 30 - Period to execute contract and activate performance bond and insurance January 1, 2023 - Contract commences December 31, 2025 - Contract expires All persons submitting a proposal must use the proposal form supplied by the City and must return three (3) copies of the proposal. |
