Description | Lincoln County reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time. Provide labor, materials equipment and services to complete the Site Furnishings work, as indicated on the drawings, as specified herein or both. B. Including, but not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Shade Structures (3 total 12 x 20 x 10Height) 2. Concrete Benches (4 Total); Owner Provided, Contractor Installed 3. Metal Benches (6 total); Owner Provided, Contractor Installed 4. Outdoor Classroom Benches (4 @ 24 length; 2 @ 12 length; 2 @ 8 length) Note: Quantities shown above are for convenience only. Contractor is responsible for all furnishings shown on the drawings and as specified herein. Owner Provided Equipment: General Contractor is responsible for picking up the Owner Provided Equipment at the County Facilities Operations Center located at 435 Salem Church Road in Lincolnton, NC, deliver the equipment to the site, assemble and install per manufacturers specifications and instructions. E-mail all questions regarding specifications or requirements to Gary Wirth at gwirth@wirthassociates.coms. E-mail clarification of the bid process to John Henry at jhenry@lincolncounty.org. All questions are due by 1700 hrs on Thursday, August 24, 2023 to the persons above. 1.) The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to, demolition/light clearing, grading, erosion control, seeding, storm drainage, asphalt and concrete paving, stamped concrete, concrete seat walls, tensile fabric shade structures, trellis (addalternate #1), landscape planting, and site furnishings. 2.) Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, temporary construction of every nature, insurance, taxes, contributions and all services and facilities, unless specifically excepted, and install all materials, items and equipment required to complete the construction of the Project, as set forth in the Contract. 3.) The General Contractor shall act as the Project Expediter and be responsible for coordinating the work and schedules of other trades. |
