Currently there is a Publix Super Market at this shopping center. The scope of the project is to provide a new Publix Super Market at University Square at a new location at the shopping center allowing the existing Publix to remain in operation while the new facility is constructed. The scope of this work will be accomplished through two bid packages as follows: 1) New Publix Super Market which includes the Facade Shell Package, New Publix Store Building and New Site Work package to accommodate the construction of the New Publix Super Market. 2) Renovation of the Facade of the existing Publix after completion of the New Publix SuperMarket. Also, included is the renovation of the facade of two existing retail buildings in the University Square shopping center.
