Description

Sealcoat bituminous pavements, using a slurry seal consisting of a mixture of emulsified asphalt, mineral aggregate and water, properly proportioned, mixed and spread evenly on the surface as specified and directed. The pavements to be seal coated9* are set forth in the attached list. The area to be covered with a slurry seal shall be approximately 167,104 square yards.
