Description

New Castle County is seeking proposals for Underwater Welding, Inspection and Repair Services. Work is to be performed as needed at various County locations. All welders, divers and support personnel assigned to perform services for New Castle County must be trained and experienced in the work assigned. All work must be in accordance with all applicable safety regulations, standard industry best practices as defined by the Association of Diving Contractors International, (ADCI) and all Federal, State and Local Laws and Regulations.
