The Village of Wauconda, Lake County, Illinois, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the following project: Various Electrical and Street Light Modifications at Lift Station #1 and the Citizens Activity Center (CAC) The Village of Wauconda reserves the right to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder most favorable to the Village, as determined by the Village. The Village also reserves the right to reject any bid or part of a bid that does not conform to the bidding requirements or to modify or waive all formalities and technicalities in a bid, or to reject all bids. |
