Professional Engineering Services for Water Conserv II Water Reclamation Facility Equalizer Pump Station Improvements

Providing all engineering services necessary to develop and produce a complete detailed design package that will culminate in a bidding package for improvements to the EQ Pump Station. The selected Respondent will be responsible for providing the following services: 1. Evaluate options for improvements to the EQ Pump Station at the Water Conserv II WRF; 2. Prepare a draft and final Preliminary Design Report with a recommended implementation plan that identifies the estimated capital costs of improvements, preliminary layout of facilities, and a proposed construction sequence; 3. Prepare final design plans and specifications for construction of agreed upon improvements; 4. Participate in meetings with regulatory agencies and other entities to discuss proposed improvements; 5. Prepare and assist the City with all necessary permit applications and associated reports; 6. Provide bidding phase engineering services including Pre-Bid meeting attendance, preparation of addenda documents, and preparation of conformed documents; 7. Provide construction phase engineering services;
