Project consists of a new C-Store with Jamba Juice, Fuel Dispensing system and Site Work If you have any questions regarding project details, please send the specific and detailed RFI via email: Luke Chipponeri (209) 545-1987 - office (209) 277-2466 - cell Lcchip@woodlandconstruction.net This is for complete turnkey project with demo of existing lot, onsite and offsite improvements with the following clarifications .Existing metal fence to be removed and set aside for re-use .Petroleum equipment, tanks, dispensers, FG entry fittings and bollards will be provided by owner (complete material list is included in link) .Provide Fiberglass piping and steel piping for complete petroleum installation .Provide ELD pre-test and ELD post testing by third party testing co approved by County .Provide dispenser programming and start up, Veeder- Root programming and start-up and all Air Board testing required .Provide purging and calibration of dispenser meters and report to Weight and Measures .Tank excavation is to be shored, engineered shoring calcs and plans provided by GC to county (if required) .Provide Filter fabric to be used in tank excavation and product trenches .Tank spoils are to be removed from site by GC .Canopy is to be supplied and installed by Owner/ Perry Builders, they will also supply anchor bolts .Provide the canopy footings and a flat level lot for the canopy installation .Canopy, Circle K and Jamba Juice exterior signage will be provided and installed by Owner/United Signs, Electrical Installation is by GC .Canopy Lights will be supplied and installed by Perry Bldrs, GC to provide electrical to the lights .Four ea 1" conduits are to be provided to canopy for Electrical, security cameras, music, and a spare. .One ea 2" conduit is to be provided to canopy for Future Solar installation .Provide and install the EV main service panel, breakers, UG conduits, wiring and pull boxes for the car charging stations and the modules, (the charging stations, modules, installation and start up will be by others) .Store equipment, cabinets, counters and gondolas are to be provided and installed by C7 Works. Stainless Steel sinks will be provided (list attached) electrical and plumbing hookups by GC .All trash is to be removed and disposed of. .Provide one construction clean up prior to stocking store and one final clean up prior to opening. .Provide one 4" PGE primary conduit from the stub out at property line from the bldg to the east to the bldg transformer pad location and then loop to the EV charging transformer location .PGE primary conductors and transformers are to be provided by PGE. Transformer pad, bollards, Conduit and Secondary's by GC electrical contractor. .All concrete surfaces to have a light coating of concrete sealer applied at time of curing.
