2022 Sidewalk Repair/Replacement Program

2022 SIDEWALK REPAIR/REPLACEMENT PROGRAM in Various Townships. Furnishing all necessary labor, material and equipment for all work and/or construction involved in the removal of existing deteriorated sidewalks and included drive aprons, and replacing same at VARIOUS LOCATIONS as listed in General Notes within the contract; located in Delhi, Green and Whitewater Townships, Hamilton County, Ohio. Detailed information for the work may be obtained at the office of the County Engineer. Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid guaranty bond or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bidders must use the printed forms provided herein. The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, conditioned according to law. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, or accept or reject any part thereof
