- Contractor shall provide all manpower, tools, equipment, and material to seal windows, perform mold remediation, and repair any damage caused by the remediation at the VBA Regional Office in Jackson MS - Remediation/Construction shall be in accordance with OSHA, Federal, State, and Local codes and/or requirements. - Wage Determination for Hinds County MS is applicable. - This project is 100% set-aside for CVE certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business' (SDVOSBs) capable of meeting the requirements set forth in this solicitation. - This requirement is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside in accordance with Public Law 109-461, Veterans First Program. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns that are registered and verified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ of offers shall be considered for award. Offers from contractors that are not registered in VIP shall be rejected as non-responsive and shall not be considered for award. - NAICS Code: 562210 Remediation Services - Construction range of magnitude (IAW VAAR 836.204) is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 - Bid Bond, Payment Bond, and Performance Bonds are required for this project. - Certificate of Insurance indicating the contractor possesses the required general liability and workman's compensation insurance is required. The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Insurance at the time of bid submission. - The site visit will be held on Dec 1st, 2022 at 10AM at: VBA Regional Office 1600 E.
