| Description | This project will create a new park for Panhellenic Center Greek Garden Monuments for the Divine Nine historically black college fraternities and sororities on a site adjacent to the UTC University Center. Ten bronze plaque pedestals will be erected, along with providing site furniture, lighting, landscaping, brick pavers, sidewalks, ramps, and stairs. The project will place up to ten plaque pedestals measuring approximately 2' square by 4' tall on a new concrete pad. Each pedestal will have a bronze plaque attached to it to commemorate the founders of minority Panhellenic organizations. Site furniture, site lighting, and landscaping, brick pavers, concrete pads, concrete sidewalks, ramps, and stairs will be included. Attachment to existing building and sidewalk elements will occur that may require some adjustments. |
