Description

The project will involve the removal of the existing built-up asphalt roofing system and insulation and the installation of new insulation and new EPDM roofing along with required crickets and flashing. Additionally, the roof contractor shall hire a mechanical contractor to remove and reinstall the existing HVAC units on new curbs that accommodate the new roof height. Approximate square footage of the building roofing being replaced is 74,250 square feet.
