| Description | The Work is for 48vDC power plant and miscellaneous relay racks to be provided and installed. The power plants and relay racks will be installed at Blue Water Tower (NOC 3) and Gaunterman (NOC 4). Network Operations Center (NOC) Portable structure that will be installed at Blue Water Tower (NOC 3). The work consists of shipping and off-loading an owner furnished shelter, outside plant site work for the building, installing an owner furnished generator, installing a ground ring and installing a fence around the compound.
