2024 Re-Roof Project of City Building

General Description of Work: The existing roof on the City Building located at 1002 11th Avenue is leaking and is beyond its useful life. The new roofing will meet the most recent Title 24 requirements. Leaking has caused water damage throughout the soffit areas and ceiling below, increasing required maintenance. This is the old Methodist Church building. The City Council of the City reserves the right to select the schedule(s) under which the bids are to be compared and contract(s) awarded, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any and all irregularities in any bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work to be done consists of furnishing all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, permits, utilities and all other items which are necessary or appurtenant to construct and complete the entire project and construct the project designated in the Contract Documents, and to leave the grounds in a neat and presentable condition.
