Notice of Award: Within 7 days after due date. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn Until: 45 days after due date. Required Substantial Completion Date: 12-13-2024. Required Final Completion Date: 01-17-2025. Construction of a new Community and Historical Center for the Town of Newcomb, NY. The approximately 4,850 square foot building will feature an exhibition hall, community room, kitchen, offices, and meeting spaces. It is designed to be a single floor, slab on grade, wood framed building that seamlessly integrates into the local architectural styles; with associated looping access driveway and parking area for the Town. Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum) . The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time. Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid. QA- October 23, 2023.
