Mississippi River Trail Resurfacing

Concerning certain improvements within the City of East Moline, Illinois: This project involves the milling and resurfacing of the Great Mississippi River Trail beginning at 55th Street & Old River Drive at the Moline & East Moline border and ending approximately 100 feet west of 19th street East Moline. Copies of the plans, specifications and bidding documents may be obtained on the City of East Moline Website. Bids shall be valid for 60 days. The City of East Moline will not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. All contracts for the Construction of Public Works in the City of East Moline are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all bids and to determine which is lowest and/or best for the proposed project.
