Description

There is no anticipated start date for any of the projects at this time but all projects are anticipated to get completed by end of 2023. Deadline to Submit Questions 3/03/23 All questions shall be submitted via email to Jonathan Geiger at jonathan.geiger@kci.com and Robert Zuccaro, P.E. at robert.zuccaro@kci.com, (954) 776-1616, no later than March 3, 2023. The work for this proposal being submitted consists of providing labor, materials, and equipment for gate improvements to enhance the ingress and egress movements and minimize vehicular-related property damage. The main gate improvements include four (4) new lift gates to be used in conjunction with the existing double swing gate layout providing additional layer of security. The secondary gate improvements include two (2) relocated lift gates along with two (2) swing new gate assemblies providing a trapping mechanism, delineators on raised curb and metal fence and pedestrian gate with lock. All improvements to be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Construction stakeout, As-Builts, MOT, and before & after photographs will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The District will be responsible for all necessary permit fees. Proposals shall be prepared, addressed, and submitted in compliance with detailed instructions as set forth in the Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to award the contract as it deems will best serve the interests of the District. Estimated cost is $78,837.47.
