Building Addition to the Signal Mountain Library

This project will be addition of a 1,000-sf single story addition to the Signal Mountain Library located at 1114 James Blvd. This reading room addition will be elevated at the rear of the building, but at the main floor level of the library. It will have a covered patio under the elevated reading room and have a stone fireplace that starts at the patio level and extends up through the reading room to above the roof level. The patio level will be exposed aggregate concrete slab on grade with two elevated concrete counters.
