| Description | The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting responses for Sludge, grit removal and Lift station cleaning at Inks Lake State Park, 3630 Park Road 4 West, Burnet, Texas, 78611 1. Remove and dispose of wet sludge from wastewater plant digester. 2. Remove and dispose of grit from twelve (12) lift stations. Work to be completed using a hydro-jet unit on a Vactor truck. 3. Perform cleaning of wastewater plant, using a hydro-vac unit on a Vactor truck. All sludge to be disposed according to TCEQ sludge provisions. 4. Vendor shall comply with any and all regulations of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and any other State or Federal agency involved in permitting or regulation of this type of activity, governing transportation, handling and disposal of treatment plant sludge including registration or certification of transporters and disposal sites. 5. Vendor shall be responsible for disposing of materials at a certified TCEQ disposal site |
